Any pinned button there will get an ALT number if the function like dictation doesn't have a shortcut itself. Bulk out the menu with extra applications, system utilities, and so on. Special thanks to Mike van Zandwijk ( you add it to your Quick Access Toolbar, you automatically get to see its keyboard shortcut when you press ALT. At the top left of File Explorer, there is the Quick access. Once a folder has been added, you can drag. If you want to pin a folder back, simply right-click on the folder and select Pin to Quick access. Right-click on the file or folder you want to remove and select Unpin from Quick access. By default, it opens in the Quick Access folder only. Once the File Explorer window opens, click on the 3 horizontal dots from the tool bar. One of the things I've noticed slowing me down while using the dictate function has been the need to click the Office Dictate button in the ribbon to start the process. Office Dictation allows me to speak words rather than type them and has sped up the process for creating documents for me. If needed, you can uninstall this program using the Control Panel. Double-click the downloaded EXE file to decompress it, then installation will start automatically. One feature that does just that is the dictate function in Microsoft Office. For the location where the file is saved, check the computer settings. I love using tools that enable me to get the job done and move on.
